| How to Order | Orders can be placed by phone or mail. We are currently not set up for online ordering | ||||||||||||||
| Payment Methods | Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Mail orders can be paid by check, money order or credit card | ||||||||||||||
| Phone Orders | We do take phone orders, however we ask that you place these between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:PM Pacific Time. | ||||||||||||||
| Mail Orders | 1. Print out the order form or use your own page 2. Fill out with appropriate info. 3. Mail completed form with payment, or credit card number. | ||||||||||||||
| When we Ship | Our Spring shipping season is mid-February through May. Our Fall season is from mid-September through November | ||||||||||||||
| How we ship | We primarily ship via UPS. Orders from Western states are sent ground UPS while to all other states we ship UPS Third Day Select. We send out orders early in the week to insure arrival before the weekend. | ||||||||||||||
| Shipping Date | If you wish to receive your order during a specific week, please note this on the order form. Otherwise we will schedule shipment for what seems an appropriate date for your climate. | ||||||||||||||
